Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects. You will supervise self-performed and subcontracted work, ensure compliance with contract documents and schedule, and foster a culture of safety and quality on site.

You will develop project sequencing, manage logistics, and track materials and personnel while mentoring teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading field operations and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work across project scope.
• Implement safety and quality culture among employees and trade contractors.
• Develop, update, and communicate project schedule with milestones.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist in close-out activities including punch lists and training.
