Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on large-scale projects. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, maintain formal project plans, and drive KPI-driven performance across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include sequencing work, site logistics, mentoring staff, and maintaining professional relationships with owners, subs, and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
7+ years leading large-scale commercial construction projects.
2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for total project or a scope.
Implement safety and quality culture among Clark employees and trade contractors; conduct safety inspections.
Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with milestones and stakeholders.
Manage, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-functioning team.
Cultivate relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
Participate in close-out activities including punch lists and training for building operations.
