Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction management experience in a field supervisory role.
• Knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and site safety implementation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation of work per contract documents and project schedule.
• Maintain awareness of milestone dates and how to achieve them.
• Allocate resources efficiently and monitor budgets against expectations.
• Enforce Clark safety standards and conduct regular safety inspections.
