Gilbane Building seeks a Project Superintendent to independently supervise trade partners on a high-value project, on the job site daily. You will drive safety, scheduling, and quality while coordinating with the project team to meet the plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4-8 years on $15-$30M commercial/industrial projects in superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade partners and sub-contractors.
• Develops and communicates the field work plan for changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Leads contractor meetings and manages the project schedule.
• Ensures safety as the primary site representative.
• Plans, coordinates, and manages jobsite logistics.
