Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to supervise installation activities on active projects in Jacksonville, FL. You will coordinate field work, review contract documents, and ensure milestones are met while keeping safety and budget in check.

The role requires 3–6 years in construction management, ability to lead subcontractors, knowledge of scheduling, and compliance with OSHA. Travel and extended hours may be needed to support critical project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree preferred but not required in a related field.
• 3–6 years of construction management experience in a field supervisory role.
• Ability to direct work of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment and manpower.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations and their implementation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate installation of work per contract documents and schedule.
• Monitor project milestones and required deliverables.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents and scope of work.
• Develop activity durations and optimize resource use.
• Plan material/equipment deliveries affecting assigned areas.
• Manage field workforce to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Maintain project budgets, analyze variances, and implement remedies.
• Enforce safety programs and conduct inspections.
