Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of large-scale construction projects in Jacksonville, FL. You will develop project plans, manage risk, control schedule, and communicate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

This role requires 7+ years of construction leadership experience, a degree in engineering/architecture/CM, and a proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Ability to manage contracts, risk, and project profitability from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings and develop the project team.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and manage project close-out and turnover of manuals.
