Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead day-to-day management, develop project plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration across owners, engineers, and designers. You will manage permits, risk, procurement, and reports while guiding a team to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, experience with large-scale construction, and a commitment to safety and high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor on large-scale projects preferred.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish; strong understanding of cost, schedule, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate work activity across teams.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members; drive safety on site.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and manage project close-out, turnover, and final payments.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineers, and designers; pursue new work via proposals and presentations.
