Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day management, develop a comprehensive project plan, and support the Senior Project Manager with stakeholder communication, risk management, and schedule tracking.

The role requires 4+ years of construction experience, 2+ years of team leadership, and strong knowledge of contracts, permits, and safety standards on active job sites. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Oversee project close-out, turnover of manuals/warranties, and final payment documents.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms.
• Establish deadlines and monitor progress; drive safety culture on site.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
