• Manage risk and monitor progress against the schedule.
• Secure permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings to coordinate work activity and drive progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and designers.
• Prepare and submit monthly status reports outlining priorities and issues.
