Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred OSHA 10, CPR & First Aid certifications.
• Experience in construction layout and blueprint reading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and finalize excavation.
• Assemble concrete forms and assist with placement.
• Operate concrete bucket and spread concrete.
• Strip forms and transport materials after curing.
• Assist finishers with power trowels and screeds.
• Support masons with cement, lime, sand, and grout.
• Assist carpenters with door frames and material handling.
• Load/unload materials and keep site tidy and safe.
• Promote safety and secure the jobsite daily.
