Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP seeks a Construction Administration/Document Control Specialist (Project Controls) for a major design-build project in the Pittsburgh region. The role focuses on organizing project documentation, tracking logs, and ensuring accurate file submissions.

The candidate should have 3+ years of document controls experience for bridge and highway projects, be familiar with Bluebeam, and be willing to work on-site at the Baltimore location when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant document controls experience for bridge and highway construction projects.
• Familiar with Bluebeam; knowledge of Maryland construction standards and contract documentation.
• Must be willing to work on-site at the client location in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

• Manage storage and workflow of project documentation in Bluebeam or similar platforms.
• Create/update electronic file storage and tracking logs.
• Review Inspector Daily Reports and coordinate with inspectors for corrections.
• Verify accuracy of submitted files and documentation.
