• 3+ years in construction administration; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction-phase activities and track project documentation.
• Manage submittals and assist with RFIs.
• Support project managers and engineers and facilitate communications with contractors and clients.
• Prepare meeting minutes and progress reports; monitor schedules and deliverables.
