Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction phase services preferred.
• Registered Architect or ability to become Registered Architect is a plus.
• Understanding of sustainability principles.

Responsibilities

• Administer multiple Owner-Contractor Agreements concurrently.
• Coordinate and perform all construction phase services.
• Support communication between project teams, clients, and contractors.
