Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking aCommunity Manager in Hadley, MA to oversee all phases of property operations, manage budgets, and lead the on-site team. The role emphasizes strong financial management, regulatory compliance, and superior resident service.

Five days per week in office, with responsibilities including leasing procedures, audits, risk management, and leadership of site staff. BA/BS required; 5+ years in residential property management preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in a relevant field; minimum 5+ years in residential property management.
• Strong budget, forecasting and financial reporting experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating budgets, billing, expense tracking and revenue reporting.
• Oversee property upkeep, inspections, maintenance and risk documentation.
• Deliver excellent resident service and timely communication to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop site team; coordinate with HR for staffing needs.
• Attend trainings, emergencies, and weekend duties as needed.
• Support compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
