Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a detail-oriented Community Assistant Manager for Terava Apartments in Bend, OR. This role supports property operations, leasing tasks, and resident satisfaction with a focus on timely financial processing and on-site teamwork.

You will assist with move-ins/outs, inspections, and compliance while coordinating with the Community Manager to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management, leasing, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong understanding of State landlord-tenant laws and local regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial transactions: rent, fees, deposits and reconciliations.
• Operates property management software and maintains data integrity.
• Assist in developing a cohesive on-site team and leadership on site.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and code compliance.
• Support move-in/move-out administration and inspections.
• Support financial and operational reporting requirements.
• Collect rent and ensure timely deposits; follow state notice laws.
• Coordinate eviction proceedings under Community Manager guidance.
• Maintain adherence to accounting standards and regular reports.
• Promote leasing activity and respond to inquiries with tours.
