Job summary

CloudTen Residential seeks a Community Assistant Manager for Redfield Ridge in Nevada/Portland area. The role supports the Community Manager across administrative, leasing, financial, and maintenance duties and serves as a role model ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant laws and company standards.

The position is designed as a training path toward a Community Manager role, offering growth within a dynamic multifamily portfolio and a structured on-site team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management, leasing, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong understanding of state landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and operating best practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rent, post payments, reconcile bank accounts.
• Operate and update the property management software and learn operations.
• Assist in developing a cohesive on-site team.
• Conduct inspections of common areas and units for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage move-in/move-out administration and inspections.
• Support financial and operational reporting requirements.
• Coordinate eviction proceedings under guidance of Community Manager.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and reports.
• Promote leasing and market properties; conduct tours.
• Support resident retention programs and community engagement.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Community Manager.
