Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management, leasing, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong understanding of State landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing standards, and local regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent payments and ensure timely deposits for all income, adhering to State laws regarding rent collection and notices.
• Operate the property management software and complete transactions with accuracy under the Community Manager.
• Assist in developing a cohesive on-site team and support daily community operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and units to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Assist with move-in/move-out administration and thorough inspections.
• Support financial and operational reporting requirements.
• Promote available units with inquiries, tours, and amenities.
• Monitor leasing documents for compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Support resident retention programs and lease renewals.
• Provide guidance to the on-site team and assume duties in the Community Manager's absence.
