Job summary

Greystar seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Clear Creek Meadows in Copperas Cove, TX. The role assists the Community Manager with financial operations, rent collection, invoicing, and reporting using property management software. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential for on-site daily tasks.

Responsibilities include processing bills, reconciling accounts, handling delinencies, and supporting leasing and marketing efforts as needed in this residential community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management to assist day-to-day operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments using the property management system and posts deposits.
• Maintains financial records and prepares monthly close-out and financial reports.
• Reviews resident files and addresses delinquencies and collections.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and ensures data integrity via updates/backups.
• Supports leasing and marketing efforts and coordinates with maintenance and owners as needed.
