Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, leasing or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in daily operations and resident services.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, notices, and renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turnover.
• Assist with leasing processes and occupancy goals.
• Support marketing efforts and resident engagement initiatives.
