Live Bryten at Contour Luxury Apts in Boulder, CO is seeking an motivated Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, improve resident experiences, and contribute to the community’s overall success. This on-site role requires energy, precision, and a guest-first mindset.

You will assist with leasing, rent collections, screenings, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs, coordinate maintenance, maintain accurate files, and help manage occupancy initiatives and resident communications while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• Residential property management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payment processing, delinquency follow-up, and tenant notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals through excellent customer service.
• Process applications, conduct screenings, and assist prospective residents through leasing.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely service requests and apartment turns.
• Respond professionally to resident concerns, questions, and requests.
• Maintain accurate resident files, financial records, and documentation.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and resident communications.
• Support marketing efforts, resident engagement and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
