The Zidan Management Group, Inc. at Pickwick Farms Apartments in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with administrative, financial, and resident-relations tasks to ensure smooth property operations and exceptional service.

You will handle rent posting, deposits, invoicing, delinquency support, lease activity, move-ins/outs, resident inquiries, and coordinated events; supervise reporting, inspections, and compliance on-site.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management.
• High School Diploma or GED; CAM/CALP preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with rent collection and posting of resident payments.
• Provide administrative support to the Community Manager and maintain files.
• Maintain resident relations, lease renewals, move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate leasing activities and schedule property tours.
• Support safety, compliance, and property maintenance coordination.
