Zidan Management Group, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an On-Site Community Manager to lead resident relations and oversee day-to-day operations at Pickwick Farms Apartments.

You will manage rent collections, coordinate move-ins/outs, supervise staff, handle maintenance requests, and partner with HQ/Specialized Leasing Initiative to maximize occupancy and asset value. This is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily management.
• High School Diploma or GED; CAM/CALP preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Financial: Collect/post rent, manage deposits, handle credit card expenses, submit invoices, monitor delinquencies, and process evictions.
• Team Management: Submit payroll and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws; support the team to meet objectives.
• Resident Relations: Build positive relationships, coordinate move-ins/outs, organize events, and enhance resident experiences.
• Asset Maintenance: Conduct inspections, ensure apartment readiness, perform night audits, manage service requests; coordinate with the SLI Leasing Specialist and service team.
• Safety: Report inspections, ensure safety compliance, and handle incident reports.
