Qualifications

• Minimum two years of on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word; internet research.
• Experience with community budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
• Motivate on-site team with daily check-ins.
• Post and monitor income records and leases.
• Maintain social media presence and update ILS and listings.
• Assist with budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Respond to emergencies and raise incident reports.
