Job summary
NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC in Portland is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of the apartment community, welcome residents, approve leases, analyze market trends, and keep the property well-maintained and profitable.
You will lead on-site staff, coordinate leasing and marketing efforts, maintain strong customer service, manage budgets and payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family property management.
- Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and internet-based software.
- Experience with community budgeting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service and greet them consistently.
- Energize and motivate on-site team with daily check-ins.
- Conduct daily meetings with Service Supervisor to align on priorities.
- Post and ensure all community income is accurately recorded.
- Maintain active social media presence with weekly posts on Instagram and Facebook.
- Update ILS listings to maximize visibility.
- Update Resman with notices, move-ins, leases, traffic and availability.
- Walk and inspect make-ready units to ensure readiness for new residents.
- Lease apartments and follow up with new move-ins on satisfaction.
- Refresh market surveys to stay competitive and informed.
