Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business preferred.
• 2 years of property management experience with supervisory responsibility.
• 6 months in sales and leasing experience needed.
• NetSuite knowledge is preferred; strong accounting basics expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection, leasing, and resident relations.
• Supervise staff and coordinate team development.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and local regulations.
• Manage budgeting, invoicing, and operating expenses.
• Lead marketing, leasing, and sale processes for homes.
