Job summary

Avanath Capital Management is hiring a Community Manager based in Cascades Village. This on-site role focuses on resident relations, operations, and financial performance of the community. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure top-tier customer service.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in property management, 2+ years in community management, and strong communication skills. LIHTC knowledge is required, with a commitment to integrity and excellence in living environments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns without escalation.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Familiarity with LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Foster resident relations and deliver excellent customer service throughout the resident lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections and occupancy goals to drive financial performance.
• Coordinate on-site operations, vendor relationships, and compliance matters.
• Lead and develop the on-site team, providing feedback and training.
• Ensure adherence to policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and industry regulations.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture and effective communication with residents and staff.
