Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Community Manager in Orlando, FL to lead a vibrant team and manage all aspects of a residential community. You will drive occupancy, oversee leasing, and ensure strong resident relations while maintaining budgets and ensuring compliance with housing laws.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week, with a focus on customer service, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three+ years of property management experience, including at least one year as Community Manager.
• On-site five days a week; this role is not remote or hybrid.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and Affordable Housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise all team members.
• Drive occupancy and NOI through strategic marketing and leasing.
• Oversee day-to-day community operations and reporting.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage budgets and expenses.
