Job summary

Havenpark Communities seeks a hands-on Community Manager to lead an on-site team and drive both sales and financial health of the community. You will own the resident experience, oversee operations, and collaborate with a field leadership team to meet targets and uphold Havenpark standards.

You will manage home sales, leases, and occupancy, while coordinating capital projects and ensuring curb appeal. A people-first leader with experience in property management and sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management; manufactured housing experience is a plus.
• Proven sales ability: prospect, follow up and close.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and home listing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to connect with residents, prospects, team members, and leadership.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to walk the community and lift materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site team to achieve community goals.
• Drive home sales: prospect, follow up, showings, qualification, closing.
• Manage NOI, expenses, and rent collection; ensure delinquencies are low.
• Maintain attractive homesites and common areas per standards.
• Coordinate capital projects and home readiness; ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster resident relations to drive renewals and community pride.
