Job summary

Havenpark Communities seeks a Community Manager to run a 544-home on-site operation, overseeing budget, leasing, collections, vendor relationships, and resident experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• On-site role in a manufactured home community.

Responsibilities

• Manage community financial performance: budget, expenses, and NOI.
• Oversee collections with on-time rent and proper notices.
• Drive occupancy and leasing; approve incoming residents.
• Lead and develop a small on-site team.
• Manage landscaping, maintenance, and home rehab vendors.
• Ensure curb appeal, safety standards, and timely capital projects.
• Foster strong resident relationships and renewals.
