Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is hiring a Community Manager in the Cleveland area. You will oversee all on-site operations, manage budgets and team performance, and ensure a high-quality living environment with strong resident services.

Applicants should have a BA/BS in a related field and 5+ years in residential property management, with supervisory experience. Industry designations are a plus; five-days-in-office work is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required.
• 5+ years in residential property management with supervisory experience.
• COS/LIHTC/ARM/CPMC designations preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory housing programs and federal housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Monitor rent collection, nonpayments, and reporting.
• Oversee curb appeal, inspections, safety, and audits.
• Provide outstanding tenant service and timely communications.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate on-site staff; HR liaison.
• Attend trainings, seminars, and conferences.
• Available for emergencies, on-call duties, and weekend events.
