Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site operations, manage budgets, and ensure a quality living environment. This role emphasizes strong resident service, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the on-site team to uphold TCB’s mission.

Five days per week in-office, with duties including budgeting, vendor coordination, and safety inspections. A BS/BA in property management and 5+ years of experience are preferred, along with experience using Yardi or

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Residential Property Management or related field.
• 5+ years in progressive Property Management roles, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong budgetary and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating budgets, billing, reporting, and rent collection.
• Oversee property upkeep, inspections, risk management, and compliance with audits.
• Provide outstanding resident service and foster community programs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members; collaborate with HR.
• Occasional on-call duties; available for emergencies and weekends as needed.
