Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. seeks a Community Manager to lead all on-site operations and a property management team. In this role, you will manage budgets, oversee maintenance, and ensure a quality living environment with exceptional resident service.

You will build strong relationships with staff and residents to uphold TCB’s mission. Five days per week in the office is required. Experience in affordable housing and familiarity with regulatory programs are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field, plus 5+ years in progressive property management.
• Strong budget and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of Federal Housing Laws and guidelines.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets and billing processes.
• Oversee property upkeep, inspections, and risk documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and manage communications.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Available for emergencies, on-call duties, and weekend coverage.
