Qualifications

• 2 years in property management experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 6 months in sales and leasing experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
• Strong accounting basics and budgeting experience.
• Ability to work on-site and live in provided housing.

Responsabilités

• Markets and lists homes for sale or lease and handles related documents.
• Oversees rent collection, posting, and deposits; manages delinquencies.
• Approves evictions per policy; monitors operating and sales expenses.
• Leads team recruitment, development, and policy compliance.
• Ensures safety and curb appeal; manages capital projects and budgets.
• Reviews residency applications and handles lease renewals and rent increases.
