Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a capable Community Manager for our Thousand Oaks, CA community. The role oversees operations, financial performance and resident satisfaction, serving as the primary contact for residents with 24/7 on-call duties.

You will lead leasing, marketing, budgeting and maintenance, ensure compliance with housing laws, and drive positive resident relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business.
• 2 years in property management experience, including supervisory experience.
• 6 months in prior sales and leasing experience.

Responsabilités

• Markets homes for sale and leases; oversee rent collection and delinquencies.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations and CapEx needs.
• Ensure fair housing compliance and on-site safety procedures.
• Prepare sites for move-ins and coordinate maintenance.
