Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community, supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities on-site.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service to ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. On-site presence is essential, with opportunities to implement retention programs and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• On-site leadership and staff development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community and staff on-site.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and monitor income/expenses.
• Lead emergency response and ensure timely resident communications and issue resolution.
