Sunrise Management seeks a Resident Manager to support daily operations at a California property, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained community. You will handle leasing, resident relations, and financial oversight, living on-site and complying with housing laws.

The role requires at least 2 years in property management, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of CA landlord–tenant rules. Competitive pay, benefits, and a path for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of California landlord–tenant laws and Fair Housing requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily property operations and leasing activities.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee move-in/move-out inspections per California laws.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and vendor services.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and Cal/OSHA standards.
• Collect rents, issue receipts, and process deposits.
• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
• Promote unit availability and conduct property tours.
• Provide courteous, professional responses to resident inquiries.
