Job summary

The role requires strong personnel management, budgeting, and leasing skills, plus knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or 4 years housing experience is preferred; CAM or ARM certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of housing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor rent collections and expenses.
• Promote resident satisfaction through leasing, marketing, and retention programs.
