Sun Communities, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in California to oversee financial performance and resident satisfaction across the community.

The role serves as the primary contact for residents, requiring 24/7 on-call availability, and spans marketing, leasing, home sales, maintenance, budgeting, and team leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing rent collection, delinquencies, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business preferred.
• 2 years property management experience including 2 years supervisory experience required.
• 6 months sales and leasing experience required.
• 6 months NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Market homes for sale and prepare documents to list/sell.
• Manage rent collection, posting, and deposits; collect delinquent payments.
• Handle delinquencies and eviction proceedings per policy.
• Monitor and approve invoices for operating expenses and sales costs.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly while following guidelines.
