Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Kennedale, TX to oversee all on-site operations and staff for a housing community. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role demands strong leadership, budgeting, and resident relations; you will drive resident satisfaction, marketing plans, and timely reporting while coordinating with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years housing experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff and manage leasing, maintenance, and safety.
• Develop budgets and monitor rent collections.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and coordinate with Regional Manager.
