Job summary

Asset Living in Texas is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community, supervise on-site staff, and ensure compliance with Asset’s policies, safety standards and fair housing guidelines.

You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance and finances, develop annual budgets, implement resident retention programs, and strive for exceptional customer service while coordinating emergency responses and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in housing industry or 1-2 years related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Lead emergency response and on-site staff.
