Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Texas to oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management on-site.

As an on-site leader, you will supervise staff to ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and supervision of on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Marketing and leasing strategy execution.
• Monitor rent collections and financial reporting.
• Ensure property safety and compliance with policies.
• Emergency team leadership for the property.
