South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead a busy on-site property team, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident services, and drive occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, strong leadership, and knowledge of Fair Housing and Yardi; offering competitive salary ($90,000 to $95,000) and excellent benefits. This is an on-site position five days a week.

Qualificações

• Must have 3+ years in property management, with at least 1 year as a Community Manager.
• On-site work five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsabilidades
