Qualifications

• Experience in affordable communities.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in property management; at least 1 year as Community Manager.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise team members with a mentoring approach.
• Drive occupancy and NOI through strategic marketing and leasing.
• Maintain vendor relations and manage budgets.
• Ensure rent collection and timely deposits.
