Job summary

Oxford is seeking a Property Manager to drive leasing performance, boost occupancy, and enhance resident satisfaction across the community. You will lead and mentor a team of leasing agents and coordinate with maintenance to meet S2's standards.

Required: 2+ years in property management, detail-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. A valid driver license and reliable transportation are required; expect varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws (e.g., Fair Credit Reporting Act, ADA).
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to complete work orders per standards.
• Increase occupancy and resident retention.
• Develop strategies for challenging markets.
• Approve and monitor budgets for ROI.
• Report risks and opportunities to executives.
• Host engagement events for residents.
