Job summary

Asset Living in Duluth, GA, is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset's policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or preferred with related experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification is preferred.
