Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in property management.
• Active California Real Estate license (DRE) or eligibility within 6 months of employment.
• Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing standards.

Responsibilities

• Train, motivate, and lead a high-performing on-site team.
• Recruit, interview, hire, coach and manage staff per policies.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variances.
