Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the South LA Coliseum area. You will support the Community Manager in daily operations, manage rent collection and resident relations, and help drive leasing, maintenance, and budget processes on-site.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, adherence to standards, and future growth into a Community Manager position in a dynamic multi-family setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquencies, and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support financial health: rent collection, delinquencies, invoices, budget prep.
• Support leasing activities to reach occupancy goals and high resident service.
• Coordinate regular inspections, maintenance work orders, vendor communications.
• Assist Community Manager in supervising on-site team and enforcing standards.
