Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection and basic financial reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense control.
• Support leasing activities to help achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage lease renewals and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
• Enforce community policies and support conflict resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections and monitor curb appeal.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and manage work orders.
• Communicate with vendors and support operational needs.
• Assist the Community Manager in supervising and motivating the onsite team.
