Job summary

Eden Housing, Inc. in Tracy, CA, is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee the day-to-day operation of our property, ensure adherence to policies, maintain occupancy, and supervise onsite staff and vendors.

This role reports to the Property Supervisor and requires strong leadership to keep the community well-managed and compliant. You will work to sustain a safe, well-maintained environment, coordinate with residents, boards, and service providers, and manage budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in affordable housing management.
• One year of staff management, maintenance and project management and reporting.
• HUD and/or CTCAC properties knowledge preferred.
• Must obtain TCS and COS certification within 12 months of hire date.
• ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains full occupancy and oversees property operations consistent with Eden Housing policies.
• Supervises onsite staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work and quality results.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and budgeting requirements; prepares and reviews regular reports and budgets.
• Coordinates with Resident Services, regulatory agencies, and the Property Supervisor to resolve issues.
• Performs other duties to support community management and safety.
