Job summary

Eden Housing, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing Communities. You will lead property services, focusing on customer service and resident retention while scaling programs with Resident Services and partner agencies.

You will supervise staff, manage occupancy, and oversee compliance, budgeting, and reporting. The role requires strong de-escalation, leadership, and teamwork across site operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage teams.
• Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience coordinating with Resident Services and social service agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance and janitorial staff and reviews work orders.
• Maintains full occupancy and manages waiting lists and move-in processes.
• Coordinates marketing, tours, and public relations for vacancies.
• Prepares weekly Vacancy Reports and monthly Budget Variance/Overview reports.
• Ensures compliance with fair housing and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees daily office operations and resident inquiries.
• Leads staff meetings and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies and maintains safety protocols.
